Encounter ICE

All individuals in the United States have rights,
regardless of immigration status. The following
information can help you protect yourself and your
family, and defend your rights.

Red Cards

The ILRC's Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. Print this card or write down the information to keep with you, and hand it to an ICE officer in the event of an encounter.
